What is authentic health?
True health comes from indulging in what nourishes us, and crowding out everything doesn’t. It comes from approaching health from a place of positivity, not punishment, and forever seeking enjoyment in the beautiful food we eat and the brilliant ways we can move.
For many of us, this is much easier said than done. Our sense of self-love has been battered and neglected. We’re so conditioned to compare, judge and strain ourselves in the pursuit of health, with little consideration for the massive detrimental impact that stress can have on our bodies.
My priority is to be part of the solution - to guide you who are ready to learn how to filter out the noise and finally understand what it means to you to be authentically healthy.
